International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For international orders outside the US and Canada, shipping options, delivery times, and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred carrier. How do I track my order?
If your order qualifies for tracked shipping (orders $35 USD and over), you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number directly on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx website to follow your delivery.
Do you charge shipping per item?
Never. Shipping is always charged per order — not per item. Add as many designs as you like to your cart without worrying about increasing shipping costs.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@designonthegostudio.com and we'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
We stand behind every order with our 14-day guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at info@designonthegostudio.com and we'll make it right - no hassle, no questions.
How long does processing take before my order ships?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes — USPS deliveries can be made to PO Boxes. If your order is dispatched via UPS or FedEx, a physical street address will be required.
